Description:
The subject of the order is the service of export and development of stable municipal sewage sludge with code 19 08 05 in the recovery system R3 and R10 (daily export) on weekdays from Monday to Saturday in the amount of 1 to 3 departments per day according to reports agreed with the contracting authoritywhile maintaining the requirements specified in applicable law.
In accordance with art. 20 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779, as amended, hereinafter: "Act on Waste"), a stable municipal sewage sludge with code 19 08 05 should be firstdeveloped in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship.the use of municipal sewage sludge (Journal of Laws, item 257, as amended), once every four months by an external company, commissioned by the Ordering Party. Estimated amount of deposits to be deported: 9,000 mg.
