Description: 1. The subject of the order is to deliver Desfluranum together with renting evaporators to the Ordering Party's headquarters (Kraków, OS. Golden Autumn 1), as described and the requirements set out in Annex No. 1A, 1B to the specification.
2. The Ordering Party also requires a submission of offers for the ruling of evaporators in the quantity: in the field of desfluranum - 9 pieces, compatible with the subject of the contract that meet the parameters specified in Annex 1B to the specification.
3. By medicinal products, which are the subject of the contract, the medicinal products within the meaning of the Pharmaceutical Law on 6 September 2001 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2008 No. 45 item 271, as amended). Offered medicinal products must be admitted to trading on the terms referred to in Article 3 or 4 para. 1 and 2 or 4a of the pharmaceutical law.
4. The other terms of the contract are determined by the draft agreement, constituting Annex No. 3A to SWZ and Annex 3B to SWZ (rental agreement).
