Description:
The subject of the contract is: design in the design and build: Development of project documentation and reconstruction of the 2xDN600 underground heating network on the section from Nowotoruńska Street to K-517 in Bydgoszcz based on the functional and utility program and technical conditions No. EW/146/1/2025constituting Annex 1 to this SWZ.
The scope of the order includes, among others:: execution of project documentation:
1) execution of the list/list of studies included in the set of submitted project documentation,
2) obtaining a map for design purposes,
3) implementation of a construction projectPursuant to the local spatial development plan and a study of conditions and directions of spatial development, a decision on building conditions/decision on determining the location of public purpose investments (4 copies in paper version, 1 copy in electronic version), together with allarrangements and permits, including the acceptance of the proposed network route and obtaining the consent of all land owners for temporary occupation during the task,
4) performing a technical project with calculations contained in the copy No. 4 of the technical project (4 copies in paper version,1 copy in electronic version), with the note "together with calculations",
5) performing other necessary for the implementation of the studies, such as the temporary traffic organization, the pavement reconstruction project, design solutions of the heat pipeline collision with other land equipment (e.g. with a networkteletechni...
