Description:
The order includes in particular:
1) Designing the A2 motorway on the section from the Biała Podlaska node (without a node) to km of approx. 641+011 with a cross -section of 2 roads with two lanes and an emergency lane with a reserve with a reserve on the third lane outside the crown, together with engineering facilities, accompanying infrastructure and motion safety devices, i.e. development of project documentation (optimization), technical and as -built based on the requirements of the Ordering Party contained in SWZ,
2) obtaining all opinions, arrangements, permits, permits, and decisions on behalf of the Employer required by law administrative necessary to design (optimize) and implement the investment and the use permit;
3) implementation of works on the section from the Biała Podlaska junction (without a node) to km of approx. 641+011, with the following construction works in particular:
a) construction highways,
b) reconstruction of existing roads in the field of collision with the highway, construction of roads other than the highway in order to restore violated road connections and ensure access to real estate, construction of additional roads,
c) infrastructure for pedestrians and cyclists,
d) emergency journeys and conventions, entrances and emergency trips to the highway,
e) technological belts,
f) engineering facilities along the highway and along roads crossing the highway,
g) Land drainage system, including devices drainage road body: road ditches, rainwater sewage system, devices Podcz ...
