Description:
Design and construction of apartments at ul. Kamienna in Piekary Śląskie - for STAGE II, in accordance with the Employer's requirements specified in this SWZ, the Local Plan and in accordance with the provisions of applicable law.
Stage II will be divided into the following two tasks:
Task 1 - execution detailed design documentation for the building for Stage II (buildings B1 and B2) and construction and executive documentation for connections and networks for Stage II,
Task 2 - construction works in Stage II (buildings B1 and B2), implementation of development, connections and networks to the extent necessary to obtain an occupancy permit for buildings B1 and B2, obtaining a decision on an occupancy permit for buildings B1 and B2.
III SWZ and in Annex 13 to the SWZ.
Kamienna in Piekary Śląskie - Stage II
Kamienna in Piekary Śląskie - for STAGE II, in accordance with the Employer's requirements specified in this SWZ, the Local Plan and in accordance with the provisions of applicable law.
