Description:
1) The subject of the fall is: design and construction of an educational playground and modernization of the existing playground at Primary School No. 1 Father Jan Twardowski in Lubartow. The order is implemented from the civic budget of the Lubartw edition 2025 as part of the Scientific Plac project Play at SP1 in Lubartow. 2) the scope of the fall includes: a) development of project documentation, obtaining a building permit and supervision of author's implementation of the investment, b) execution of the construction of construction works in accordance with the Substitute and Approved Project Documentation. 3) under the implementation The execution The Contractor is obliged to: a) the implementation of the concept of land development and visualization with approval of them by the Ordering Party, b) development of a map for project customs for the planned investment, c) developing project documentation with obtaining a final decision on permit for building, d) obtaining all required, technical opinions, expert opinions, decisions and technical examinations necessary to obtain a decision on building permit and cover their cost, including the opinion of LWKZ, E) developing a technical design (type ...
