• Description:
• The subject of the order will include the development of design and cost estimate documentation along with obtaining all necessary administrative decisions (except for decisions on environmental conditions and water and legal permits) and the implementation including: I - 700th Anniversary Stadium - construction of the main football pitch with a natural surface, - construction of a football training pitch with a synthetic surface, - construction of an athletics field, described on the main football pitch, containing 400m tracks, 100m and 110m hurdles sprints, a long jump and triple jump, a shot put range and a high jump, as well as enabling long-distance obstacle runs, - construction of a new building a locker room intended for athletes playing football matches on the main pitch, along with a covered honorary stand on the flat roof of the locker room building, - reconstruction of the stands at the pitch, - construction of a roofed auditorium for cultural events (celebrations, concerts and performances on the mobile stage), - expansion and reconstruction of the existing administrative and utility building for the needs of the stadium, - relocation of the existing cloakroom building to the north-east (building container), liquidation of two farm buildings and relocation of a barbecue hut and a wooden shelter to the top of the waste dumps, near the pump track, - construction of stairs with a ramp leading from the street.
