The subject of the order is the design and construction of a municipal road in the design and build system on the section from the district road No. 3615W in the town of Czoomyje, 1.74 km long, to the bridge on plot 591 of the Stok Ruski precinct, on plots with registration numbers: 285, 708, 286 of the Czoomyje precinct, commune. Mordy.2. As part of the task, the Contractor is obliged to obtain on behalf of and on behalf of the Ordering Party the following legal provisions: decisions, opinions, consents, arrangements and permits, and, if necessary, derogations from technical and construction regulations necessary to complete the subject of the order in the scope of resulting from the Functional and Utility Program and obtaining appropriate administrative decisions allowing the commencement of works and subsequent use. The Contractor is obliged to provide the obtained documents, opinions, arrangements and decisions with design and as-built documentation.3.
