Description:
The subject of the Agreement is the design and comprehensive performance of construction and electrical works in the field of construction of the PV Jeziorko 3 Photovoltaic Installation with a capacity of up to 30 MW along with the accompanying infrastructure and power evacuation, i.e. MV cable lines with the accompanying teletechnical network,and MV/LV transformers, retrofitting the 110/20kV subscriber power station (GPZ Jeziorko 1) to a capacity of 53.317MW and agreeing with the DSO the power output to the DSO network (110 kV Jeziorko Switchgear), as well as carrying out all the requirements provided for by the Employer and the provisionsand acceptance and test rights, and the commissioning of the Photovoltaic Installation.
NOTE!
PV JEZIORKO 3 INSTALLATION WILL BE CONNECTED TO THE 110/20KV GPZ JEZIORKO 1 SUBSCRIBER ELECTRIC POWER SUBSTATION BUILT BY THE CONTRACTING PARTY, TO WHICH THE BUILT INSTALLATIONS WILL ALSO BE CONNECTEDEZIORKO 1 AND PV JEZIORKO 2, WHICH ARE CURRENTLY IN PROGRESS.
