Description:
Without limitation to the Works listed below, but in accordance with all other requirements specified in the FUP and resulting from applicable law, within the Accepted Contract Amount, the Contractor will in particular design and perform the following Works:
1) construction of the S10 expressway,
2) construction road junction: "Sadki", "Nakło nad Notecią" and reconstruction and renovation of slip roads of the junction: "Wyrzysk",
3) construction of the Passenger Service Area (MOP): "Mrozowo Południe", "Mrozowo Połnoc",
4) construction of a Road Maintenance Circuit (OD) with an administrative and social building and accompanying buildings in the area of the junction Nakło nad Notecią,
G and connections in the area of the Wyrzysk junction;
6) construction/reconstruction of roads other than expressways, including changing the route existing roads, in order to restore damaged road connections or provide access to the property,
7) construction of additional roads located in the expressway right-of-way,
8) construction and reconstruction of infrastructure for pedestrians and cyclists,
9) construction of emergency crossings and exits, emergency entries and exits to the expressway,
10) construction of technological strips (hardened strips of land for maintenance purposes)
11) construction of engineering facilities,
12) construction and reconstruction of the area drainage system,
13) construction and reconstruction of environmental protection facilities, in particular: will secure...
