Description:
The order includes in particular:
1) Design and construction of the S12 expressway on the section from the Wieniawa junction (without the junction) to the Radom Południe junction (with the junction) on the section from approximately km 29+107 (in accordance with the mileage of the decision on environmental conditions of January 10, 2023, no. DOOŚ-WDŚOO.420.78.2021.KN.25) up to km approximately 1+080 (in accordance with the mileage of the decision on environmental conditions of November 19, 2024, no. WOOŚ-II.420.70.2021.MBR.83) to the border of the plot of municipal road DG3506603W
with a cross-section of 2 roads with two traffic lanes and an emergency lane, along with facilities engineering, accompanying infrastructure and traffic safety devices, i.e. development of design, technical and as-built documentation based on the Employer's requirements included in the SWZ,
2) obtaining all opinions and arrangements required by law on behalf of and on behalf of the Ordering Party, permits, permits, administrative decisions necessary to design and implement the investment and use permits,
3) implementation of works on the section from the Wieniawa junction (without the junction) from km 29+107 to km approximately 1+080 along with the Radom Południe road junction at the intersection with the existing road the S7 expressway and the provincial road, in particular the following construction works should be designed and performed:
a) construction of an expressway,
b) reconstruction of existing roads in the scope of collisions with expressways, construction of roads other than expressways in order to restore damaged connections road and...
