- The subject of the order is: design and construction of the Dobrzyniewo North junction in km of about 25+850 on the section of the S19 road, at the intersection with poviat road No. 1396B (existing WD-1 viaduct). The above section is a fragment of the S19 Krynice - Dobrzyniewo - BiaΕystok West expressway, and located It is in the Podlasie Voivodship, in the BiaΕystok poviat, in the Dobrzyniewo DuΕΌy commune.
The implementation of the investment will include the preparation of materials and studies needed to obtain a decision on environmental conditions - KIP development for the adopted node solutions and in in the event of a need to prepare an environmental impact report, developing construction and executive projects and obtaining all other required decisions, including a decision to permission to implement a road investment, and then the implementation of the investment intention in question.
IN The part of the project is planned to build a "Karo" node with two roundabouts at the intersection of DP1396B with S19 using the existing WD-1 object (carried out as part of a separate task: S19 Krynice-Dobrzyniewo-BiaΕystok Zachod) along with switching lanes/off lanes
and performing others elements:

β’ environmental protection devices,
β’ movement safety devices (protective barriers, marking, etc.),
