Description:
1. The subject of the order is the preparation of design documentation and construction works regarding the construction of a transfer hub in Kalisz at
Złota/Majkowska, based on the Program attached to the Terms of Reference (hereinafter referred to as "SWZ" in this announcement). Functional and Utility.
2. The material scope covered by these proceedings includes in particular:
1) conducting a site visit;
2) obtaining the necessary map;
3) preparation of all inventories and tests to the extent necessary to prepare complete design documentation and proper implementation of the investment intention;
4) preparation of a photographic inventory of the condition of buildings within the impact area of the investment project and the area of the investment project, before the commencement of construction works;
5) carrying out geotechnical tests as necessary and required scope;
6) preparing a construction design concept and presenting it to the Ordering Party for approval;
7) execution based on the construction design concept approved by the Ordering Party (i.e. architectural and construction design, land development design, technical design) for the entire construction project;
8) execution of multi-discipline detailed designs for the entire construction project based on the concept approved by the Ordering Party;
9) development of technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works (STWiOR);
