A brief description of the subject of the contract: 1. This Order includes the implementation of a project and cost estimate documentation for an investment consisting in the construction of a sports complex in the Commune of Brójce together with obtaining a building permit / a certificate allowing for construction works.2. A detailed scope of the contract includes: 1) Development of a technical documentation consisting of: a) a construction and executive project involving a land development project, an architectural project and industry projects together with information on biof - 4 copies, b) of the frames of works - 2 copies, c) Investor cost estimate - 2 copies, d) technical specifications for the implementation and receipt of construction works (STWiORB) - 2 copies, e) in electronic version 1 copies on a CD or DVD electronic carrier, including a descriptive part (* .pdf) and (* .doc) and drawing part (* .dwg) and (. * PDF). The Contractor shall forward the Ordering Party electronic form of documents covered by the contract, which will be in line with the paper form studies. 2) on behalf of the investor and obtaining the required law of administrative decisions or other documents.
