Preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the modernization of heating systems in municipal residential premises in buildings at ul. Sowiskiego 1A, Staszica 6, w. Mikoaja 5 and Grudzidzka 64-66 in Toruń, consisting in the liquidation of solid fuel furnaces, construction in indoor premises heating installations with metering and connection of buildings to the municipal heating network, adaptation or construction/addition (in the absence of a basement of the building) of technical rooms for the needs of the heat distribution network, with installations belonging to the rooms in question, i.e. electricity, water sewage and ventilation, together with the performance of all necessary accompanying works. Separate documentation and cost estimates should be prepared for each location.
