Description:
1. The purpose of this order is to select a Contractor to provide design services for the reconstruction and renovation of the kitchen and reception rooms in the building of the Public Kindergarten No. 23 in Kdzierzyn-Kol at ul. Wierzbowa 4, located on the plot No. 863/6 (Kdzierzyn district), including in particular: 1) Preparation of pre-design studies: a) geodetic studies, geotechnical documentation (if necessary) b) construction and installation inventory of the rooms covered by the study, c) expert opinion technical to the required extent, d) studies necessary to obtain agreement with the appropriate appraisers, 2) development of the program and space concept, agreed with the User of the facility; 3) development of design documentation consisting of: a) design construction consisting of: a.1. plot or area development project, a.2. architectural and construction design, a.3. technical design, a.4. information regarding safety and health protection,a.5. a set of all those required by law conditions, arrangements, opinions or decisions (hereinafter referred to as formal and legal documents), including obtaining a derogation from the technical conditions...
