- 1. The subject of the order is the preparation of complete design and cost estimate documentation for the investment task of restoring Willia Alma on the premises of the Museum of Positivism in Gootczyn in order to adapt the facility for the purposes of establishing the Center for Positivist Thought, together with carrying out supervision. copyright throughout the entire period of implementation of the investment covered by the documentation that is the subject of the contract. The preliminary design assumptions are included in the document: Architectural concept of the ALMA villa building on the premises of the Museum of Positivism in Gootczyn, plot no. 105 constituting the Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter: OPZ) - Appendix No. 2 to SWZ. The property is entered in the register of monuments of the Masovian Voivodeship under number A-331. The subject of the order is the adaptation of the building of the historic villa Alma for the purposes of the Museum of Positivism in Gootczyn and the development of the green area around the building. Work is expected related to restoring the facade to its original appearance, including replacing the roof covering and removing paint from the wooden elements of the facade.
