The subject of the order is the design and execution, based on the design documentation developed by the Contractor and approved by the Ordering Party, of works involving the implementation of a project from the civic budget More greenery and safe pedestrian crossingsych., The project involves improving safety near intersections and pedestrian crossings by excluding illegal parking with the use of fence posts, laying lawns and low greenery, surveying and querying sidewalk surfaces., Detailed locations regarding the works being carried out, indicated in the functional and utility program (FFU) constituting Annex No. 1 to the draft provisions of the contract, hereinafter also referred to as the contract template., , 2.
