Description:
1. The subject of the contract is "design and execution of construction works including demolition, extension, reconstruction and renovation of the building for the needs of the Jewish Theater and the Labor Office.
2. The detachment description of the subject of the contract is presented in Annex 10 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract, in this:
a) Description of the subject of the contract - construction works (scope A).
b) Description of the subject of the contract - design (range B).
c) Description of the subject of the contract - construction works (scope C).
d) list of the first equipment excluded from the implementation of construction works, which does not fall within the scope of this proceedings.
The contractor participating in the local vision is obliged to secure on his own health care of the health and safety, enabling entering the object, i.e. a helmet, appropriate footwear, etc.
4. Employment regarding employment by the Contractor or subcontractor under an employment contract:
1) The contracting authority requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor under an employment contract of persons performing the following activities in the scope of the contract:
