• Description:
• Design and execution of construction works involving the adaptation and revitalization of historic post-industrial buildings located in the northern area of the Silesian Museum in Katowice 1. The public procurement procedure is ongoing under the open tender procedure referred to in Art. 132 of the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law, hereinafter referred to as the "Pzp Act", in compliance with the principles specified therein and the implementing acts issued on its basis. The ordering party does not provides for electronic auction. 2. The proceedings are conducted in Polish. Subjective evidence and other documents or statements prepared in a foreign language are submitted together with a translation into Polish. 3.The subject of the order is design and execution of construction works within the meaning of the Act of July 7, 1994, Construction Law. The order is implemented as part of and for the needs of the following projects: 1)Adaptation of post-industrial buildings of a former forge and mechanical workshop for functions exhibition and educational exhibition of the Silesian Museum in Katowice - under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 Program, Measure 7.1.
