The subject of the fall is the design and implementation of construction robes consisting in the construction of a single -family residential building in Mirosawiec in a passive standard as part of the implemented project entitled: Our new house Waecki poviat close to the family. As part of the subject of theold, the contractor should inSorcades: 1) developing a construction project and, according to the needs, other projects, in accordance with the functional and usage program; 2) will obtain on behalf of and for the ordering decision on the building permit and,, according to the needs, other permits, arrangements and opinions required by separate provisions,enabling the start of construction works; 3) the construction management of the construction manager having the appropriate permissions; 4) developing, according to the needs, safety and health protection plan; 5) ensure, according to the needs, authority supervisor; 6) will perform construction works in accordance witha construction project, in accordance with the functional and usage program and with the principles of technical knowledge; 7) will provide as-built documentation; 8) on behalf of and for the ordering permission to use the building or notify about the end of the construction andI will get ...
