Description:
The entire subject of the contract includes the performance of:
1) project documentation necessary for the proper implementation of all construction works and obtaining for it all required opinions, arrangements, admission, conditions, decisions and permits necessary to carry out the subject of the contract;
2) allConstruction works in accordance with the scope of the order on the basis of the project documentation, referred to by the Contractor and approved by the Employer, referred to in the abovementioned point 1, and all preparatory works necessary to perform the scope of the contract and all required activitiesBy law;
