Description:
1. The subject of the order is the performance of design and construction works consisting in the modernization of the building of Primary School No. 377, located at ul. Trocka 4 in Warsaw, as part of the project called Thermal Modernization of Primary School No. 377 at ul. Trocka 4 in Warsaw.2. Task co-financed from the budget of the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management as part of the support for the project from the KPO development plan entitled Improving the energy efficiency of educational institutions in the capital city Warsaw - scope 1. 3. The subject of the order is specified in detail in the SWZ, Functional Program Utility (hereinafter referred to as PFU) constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and the draft provisions of the contract (hereinafter referred to as PPU) constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.4.
