The entire subject of the contract includes the performance of the following elements:
the basic scope of the contract includes:
1. Development of project documentation, including:
a) construction project,
b) executive projects with the bill of quantities and STWiors,
c) obtainingwater law permits,
d) obtaining a decision on environmental impact conditions,
e) obtaining a decision on determining the location of the railway line and/or the decision to determine the location of the public purpose investment,
f) obtaining a building permit and other necessary decisionsadministrative,
g) the implementation of necessary estimated reports to pay compensation for purchased real estate (land, buildings),
h) development of as -built documentation, including geodetic as -built documentation,
2. Construction works in the ranges:
a) expansion of the line on the entire section to the systemtwo -track,
b) Reconstruction of tracks to adapt geometry to conduct passenger trains at a speed of up to 200 km/h and freight trains at speeds up to 120 km/h,
