1. The subject of the contract is the design and execution of works for the task: "System buildings ERTMS/ETCS level 2 on railway lines No. 133 and 134 episode Sosnowiec żzor - Krakow Głowny and railway line No. 91 episode Krakow Głowny - Podłęże "
The basic scope includes the implementation of the following elements:
1) project documentation, including:
a) preliminary documentation,
b) inventory,
c) construction projects together with the author's supervision,
d) obtaining the necessary administrative decisions,
e) developing executive projects,
f) developing as -built documentation, including geodetic as -built documentation,
g) other documentation specified in volume III SWZ PFU,
2) all construction works in accordance with the scope of the order on the basis of the project documentation, referred to by the Contractor and approved by the Employer, referred to in the abovementioned point 1, and all preparatory works necessary to perform the scope of the contract and all required activities By law;
3) Conducting the process of evaluation of the structural subsystem "Control - Petting Equipment" at every stage (design, construction and final rehearsals of the subsystem) and transferring relevant declarations of verification and verification certificates EC verification for subsystems.
4) obtaining a permit for the admission of the structural subsystem to operate - a sealed device issued by the President of the Office of Railway Transport.
