Design and execution of works as part of the task titled: "Installation of the ERTMS/ETCS level 2 system on railway lines No. 133 and 134, section Sosnowiec Jęzor - Kraków Główny, and railway line No. 91, section Kraków Główny - Podłęże." 1. The subject of the Order is the design and execution of works for the task entitled: "Development ERTMS/ETCS level 2 system on railway lines no. 133 and 134 section. Sosnowiec Jęzor - Kraków Główny and railway line no. 91 section. Kraków Główny - Podłęże” The basic scope includes the following elements: 1) Design documentation, including: a) preliminary documentation, b) inventory, c) construction projects including author's supervision, d) obtaining the necessary administrative decisions, e) development of executive designs, f) preparation of as-built documentation, including geodetic documentation as-built documentation, g) other documentation specified in Volume III of the SWZ PFU, 2) all construction works in accordance with the scope of the order based on the design documentation developed by the Contractor and approved by the Ordering Party, referred to in mentioned in the above-mentioned point 1, and all preparatory works necessary to perform the scope of the Agreement and all activities required by law; 3) carrying out the conformity assessment process of the "Command and Signaling - Trackside" structural subsystem on each stage (design, construction and final tests of the subsystem) and submitting the appropriate EC declarations of verification and EC verification certificates for the subsystems...
