1. The subject of the Order is the design and execution of works for the task titled: "System installation ERTMS/ETCS level 2 on railway lines no. 133 and 134 section. Sosnowiec Jęzor - Krakow Głowny and railway line no. 91 section. Krakow Głowny - Podłęże"
The basic scope includes the following elements:
1) Design documentation, including:
a) preliminary documentation,
b) inventory,
c) construction projects including author's supervision,
d) obtaining the necessary administrative decisions,
e) development of executive designs,
f) preparation of as-built documentation, including as-built geodetic documentation,
g) other documentation specified in Volume III of the SWZ PFU,
2) all construction works in accordance with the scope of the order on the basis of the design documentation developed by the Contractor and approved by the Ordering Party, referred to in the above-mentioned. point 1, and all preparatory works necessary to perform the scope of the Agreement and all required activities Law;
3) carrying out the conformity assessment process of the "Command and Signaling - Trackside" structural subsystem at every stage (design, construction and final tests of the subsystem) and submitting the appropriate EC verification declarations and EC verification certificates for the subsystems.
4) obtaining a permit for admission to operation of the Control and Signaling structural subsystem - trackside device issued by the President of the Office of Rail Transport.
