1. The subject of the contract is the design and execution of works on the railway line No. 68 on Episode of Stalowa Wola Rozwadow - Przeworsk together with the author's supervision as part of the project entitled: Works on the railway line No. 68 on the section Stalowa Wola Rozwadow - Przeworsk - STAP I, including:
1) Task No. 1: Development of project documentation and execution of construction works on the section Grodzisko Dolne - Przeworsk, described in volume III SWZ - PFU;
2) Task No. 2: Development of project documentation with the supervision of the author's On the section Stalowa Wola Rozwadow - Grodzisko Dolne, described in volume IV SWZ - OPZ.
The implementation of task No. 1 will be carried out in the "Project i construction".
1.2. Task No. 2 will be completed in the following phases:
1) Phase I - development of project documentation on the section Stalowa Wola Rozwadow - Grodzisko Dolne (from km around 104.043 to km around 164,430),
2) Phase II (Option Law 1) - Performing author's supervision during the period of construction works on the section Stalowa Wola Rozwadow - Grodzisko Dolne,
3) Phase III (Option law 2) - purchase, configuration and provision of the CDE data exchange platform for the purposes of the implementation of design work in BIM methodology.
2. The detachment description of the subject of the contract is presented in the functional and utility program (PFU) constituting volume III SWZ and in the description of the subject of the contract constituting volume IV SWZ.
