Design and execution of works on the railway line No. 68 on the Stalowa Wola Rozwadów - Przeworsk section, including author's supervision as part of the project entitled: Works on the railway line No. 68 on... 1. The subject of the Order is the design of i execution of works on the railway line No. 68 on the Stalowa Wola Rozwadów - Przeworsk section, together with the author's supervision as part of the project titled: Works on the railway line No. 68 on the Stalowa Wola Rozwadów - Przeworsk section - stage I, including: 1)Task No. 1: Development of design documentation and execution of construction works on the Grodzisko Dolne - Przeworsk section, described in Volume III SWZ - PFU; 2) Task No. 2: Preparation of design documentation along with author's supervision on the Stalowa Wola section Rozwadów - Grodzisko Dolne, described in Volume IV SWZ - OPZ. 1.1. The implementation of Task No. 1 will be carried out in the "design and build" system. 1.2. The implementation of Task No. 2 will take place in the following Phases: 1) Phase I - development of design documentation for the Stalowa section Wola Rozwadów - Grodzisko Dolne (from km approx. 104.043 to km approx. 164.430), 2) Phase II (Option Right 1) - performing author's supervision during the construction works carried out on the Stalowa Wola Rozwadów - Grodzisko Dolne section, 3) Phase III (Option Law 2) - purchase, configuration and provision of the CDE data exchange platform for the implementation of design work in the BIM methodology. 2.
