- 2.1 The subject of the Order is the design and execution of works under the project titled: "Increasing the capacity of the Tczew - Gdynia route: Pszczołki - Pruszcz Gdański section."
The entire subject of the Order includes the following elements:
- in the basic scope:
1) Design documentation, including:
a) construction design including author's supervision,
b) obtaining a building permit and other necessary administrative decisions,
c) development of an executive design,
d) preparation of as-built documentation, including as-built geodetic documentation,
2) and works in the scope of:
and) surface and subgrade,
b) railway traffic control devices (srk),
c) telecommunications devices and systems,
d) traction network with power supply,
e) power equipment and systems up to 1 kV,
f) engineering structures,
g) platforms and structures,
h) geology.
3) works consisting of: construction of facilities for environmental protection.
4) carrying out the conformity assessment process of structural subsystems
within the scope of the contract at each stage (design, construction and final tests of the subsystem) and submission of the appropriate EC verification declarations and EC verification certificates for subsystems.
9.1. In order to initially demonstrate the lack of grounds for exclusion from the Procedure and to confirm the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the Procedure, each Contractor is obliged to submit a Single Document along with the offer, the template of which is Annex No. 1C to the IDW.
