Description:
1. The subject of the order is the design and modernization of 30,000 rooms, i.e. classrooms, computer laboratories and other rooms to be modernized in schools in Poland. As a result of the order execution, a LAN and WLAN infrastructure will be constructed enabling achieving a bandwidth exceeding 100Mb/s for each modernized room.
The detailed division into areas is presented in Annexes 4 and 5 to the Template Agreement.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Functional and Utility Program (PFU)
3. Order completion date:
Due to the completion of the investment referred to in Chapter II, point 5, the contract is valid from the date of its conclusion until August 31, 2026, except that the acceptance of all Audits in the TT System and the signing of the acceptance protocols for Modernization Works without objections must be made within a time limit enabling the Contractor to be settled within that time limit.
