Description:
1. The object of the skew is the design and implementation of the reconstruction of the pedestrian pavement in the road lane ul. Pogodna, to the Department with Ep. 311/1 (rev. 19, sheet 6), from the property ul. Pogodna 17 to the property at ul. Pogodna 13, on the section about 160 m with the Pentecost of the author's supervision. 2. RangeThe fall includes: 2.1. Preparation of project documentation based on a functional and use program (attachment No. 1 to SWZ). 2.2. Construction robs in accordance with the contracting documentation of projects, including technical specification and collection of construction robs, as well as in accordance withwith the principles of technical knowledge as well as health and safety conditions and conditions. Performing author's supervision over works carried out on the basis of project documentation. 3. Setting description of the subject of the skew, including the planned scope of work, includes the takeover of 1 to SWZ- Zecznik No. 1 to the contract - functional and functional programusual with the abroad.
