- The subject of the order is the execution of a task involving the design and implementation of a smoke exhaust system for K1 and K6 staircases in a social and administrative building. The scope of work covered by this procedure is divided into two stages: 1) Construction technical documentation of the smoke exhaust system for K1 and K6 staircases, which includes in particular: - preparation of a detailed inventory of the scope of works, including construction works, to the extent necessary to meet the requirements of the presented technical and fire expertise - equipping cages with smoke prevention or smoke removal devices activated automatically using a smoke detection system - obtaining the necessary administrative permits, e.g. construction, if required. Design documentation must be provided in accordance with the Technical and Fire Protection Expertise specifying the requirements regarding fire safety conditions for the mechanical processing hall No. 43 and the social and administrative building No. 43a in Kalisz at ul. CzΔstochowska 140, 62-800 Kalisz developed in December 2021 by a fire protection appraiser and a construction appraiser. The above-mentioned expert opinion will be made available to bidders after signing a confidentiality agreement, which constitutes Annex 2 to this inquiry tender.The design of the K1 and K6 staircase smoke extraction system requires consultation with a fire protection expert.Before commencing the second stage, the tenderer is obliged to obtain from the ordering party...
