Description:
A multi-zone electric resistance furnace for heating an ammonothermal autoclave in the form of a steel cylinder with an external diameter of 600 mm and an internal diameter of 120 mm should be designed and constructed. The length of the autoclave is 1800 mm. The furnace must allow the following temperature distributions inside autoclave: 300-600 C (with an accuracy of 1 C). The installation of the furnace should take place without the need to move the autoclave. The furnace should operate continuously for at least 6 months and should have a 5-year warranty. The furnace should provide local monitoring and parameter changeheating and cooling and remote access to automation, including event notifications (alarms, logs, parameters, etc.) as well as data archiving on external units. purpleose machinery and equipment
