Description:
1. The subject of the Order is the design, delivery, assembly and launch of a comprehensive Baggage Handling System (BHS) for the CPK Airport. The Ordering Party plans that the basic scope of the subject of the Order will include:
1) development of BHS Design Documentation inscope of BHS and all industries related to BHS and necessary for the implementation of the Order (including the development of an executive design, conceptual designs, construction and assembly designs, workshop designs and others);
2) delivery and assembly of system equipment, in particular conveyorsin BHS, carousels and baggage picking stations, the EBS warehouse and all other materials and devices necessary to complete the subject of the Order. The Ordering Party requires the production and delivery of the following BHS elements: ICS conveyors, belt conveyors, carousels,allocated to the BHS constituting the subject of the Order, was completed by the OEM Manufacturer or the Authorized Representative of the Manufacturer of these elements, who must be the Contractor, one of the Contractors jointly applying for the contract or one of the entities providing resources,meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings referred to in Chapter VI, Subchapter I, section 1 point 4 subpoints 4.1) and 4.2) of the GIP. The above requirement is absolute and cannot be waived during the dialogue;
