Description: The subject of the order is designed, delivery, installation and launch of the pilot TBRC metallurgical aggregate at the headquarters of the Ordering Party.
The aggregate consists of:
• TBRC furnace with similar to oval shaped, revolving around their own axis and the possibility of leaning in a axis perpendicular to a 30 liter rotation axis (about 100-250 kg of charge) and a maximum work temperature of 1600 ° C;
• gas-oxygen burner with adjustable flame allowing for running a process in a reduction, inert or oxidizing atmosphere;
• immersion oxygen lance in a melted cap allowing to oxidize the ingredients of molten metallic batch material;
• Eaves with a pipeline transporting departure gases from the TBRC furnace for a filter dust collector which has a contracting authority;
