The subject of the order is the development of the Design in accordance with the applicable Construction Law, Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021. regarding the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and the functional and utility program (design documentation including the development design land, architectural, construction and technical) for the construction of:
• water supply network with connections in Poznań as part of the investment task 3-05-17-220-0 Poznań - water supply network in the Ogrody area along with obtaining a final building permit decision
and performing supervision copyright in the implementation phase of works performed on the basis of the documentation constituting the subject of the order, from the date of concluding the contract with the Contractor of construction works to signing the final acceptance report of these works.
The detailed description of the Subject of the Order is attached as Annex No. 8 to the SWZ.
