Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the design, implementation and implementation of an application used to register management acts (ERPU), provision of services technical assistance and maintenance and granting licenses. A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes a contract template with attachments, constituting Annex 11 to SWZ. 2 94 para. 1 of the Act of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320), hereinafter referred to as "act". 3. The Purchaser provides for the possibilities of awarding orders referred to in art. 214 para. 1 point 7 of the Act in an amount not exceeding 30 % of the value of the basic contract. In connection with the above, the Employer, when determining the value of this order Speech in art. 214 para. 1 point 7 of the Act, in the amount of: PLN 323,552 net. These orders will consist in repetition of similar services - in relation to those described in this procedure in the contract template and attachments to it.
