1 The subject of the contract is the performance of the following elements:
design and performanceWorks for the task "Demolition Reconstruction, extension and construction of a building object entitled: Railway line No. 104 Chabowka - Nowy Sącz at episode C1 from km 34+366 (KM, 34+493) to km pro34+230 to km pro 43+198 ".
The whole subject of the contract includesPerforming the following elements:
1) project documentation, including:
a) development of an executive project (SRK industry);
b) development of as -built documentation, including geodetic as -built documentation,
2) works in the areas described in OPZ and PFU:
a) surface and subdile,
b) drainage worksand hydrotechnical,
c) external networks,
d) roads,
e) railway traffic control devices (SRK),
f) devices and telecommunications systems,
g) traction network and power supply and control system,
h) line of non -procedure needs (LPN);
i) devices and electricity systems up to 1 kV,
j) engineering facilitiesalong with accompanying works, including a railway tunnel with an evacuation tunnel and compounds,
k) platforms, travelers' service facilities and cubature objects,
l) passages and journeys,
