1 The subject of the contract is the performance of the following elements:
Designing and performing works For the task "Demolition Reconstruction, extension and construction of a building object entitled: Railway line No. 104 Chabowka - Nowy Sącz at episode C1 from km 34+366 (KM, exist. 34+493) to km pro to km pro 43+183 together with technical infrastructure along the railway line No. 622 from km 40+700 to km designed 43+198 ".
The whole subject of the contract include Making the following elements:
1) project documentation, including:
a) development of an executive project (SRK industry) ;,,
b) developing as -built documentation, including geodetic as -built documentation,
2) works in the areas described in OPZ and PFU:
a) surface and upper,
b) drainage works and hydrotechnical,
c) external networks,
d) expensive,
e) rail traffic control devices (SRK),
f) telecommunications devices and systems,
g) traction network and power supply and control system,
h) line of non -traction needs (LPN);
i) devices and electricity systems up to 1 kV,
j) engineering facilities along with accompanying works, including a railway tunnel with an evacuation tunnel and tations,
k) platforms, travelers' service facilities and cubature facilities,
l) transitions and journeys,
