The subject of the contract is the implementation of the following elements: design and performanceWorks for the task Demolition, reconstruction, extension and construction of a building object entitled: Railway line No. 622 Szczyrzyc - Tymbark on the episode H from km 32+854 to km 41+030 and railway connectnis No. 628 on episode from km 1+452 to km 1+517 together with technical infrastructure along the railway line No. 622 on the sectionfrom km 32+854 to km 41+030 and along the railway connector No. 628 on the section from km 1+452 to km 1+517 and railway line 623 from km 9+352 to km 9+668 as part of the project "Construction of the new Koleja Podłęże - Szczyrzyc - Tymbark / Mszana Dolna and modernization of the existing railway line No. 104 Chabowka- Nowy Sącz - stage II.
The entire subject of the contract includes the performance of the following elements:
the basic scope of the contract includes:
1) implementation of project documentation, including the development of an executive project (SRK industry);
2) execution of works in the scope described in OPZ and PFU in the areas:
a) surfaceand inch,
b) dehydration and hydrotechnical works,
c) external networks,
d) roads,
e) railway traffic control devices (SRK),
f) devices and telecommunications systems,
g) traction network and power supply and control system,
h) line of non -treatment needs (LPN),
i) Equipment and electricity systemsup to 1 kV,
j) engineering facilities with accompanying works, including railway tunnels with evacuation tunnels and compounds,
