1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the following elements:
Design and execution Works for the task "Construction of a building object entitled: Railway line No. 622 Podłęże R401 - GDow at episode F from km 0+000 to km 17+487 together with technical infrastructure along the railway line No. 622 on a section from km 0+000 to km 17+487 and demolition, reconstruction, expansion and construction of the railway line No. 91 on a section from km 14+400 to km 15+200 together with technical infrastructure along the railway line No. 91 on the section from km 12+421 to km 18+498 and construction of a building object entitled: Kolejnica railway 627 Podłęże R301 - Plęże Balachowka on the episode J from km 0+000 to km 1+928 with technical infrastructure along Kolejowa Łączenica No. 627 on the section from km 0+000 to km 1+928 and demolition, reconstruction, expansion and construction of railway line No. 95 on the section from km 30+750 to km 31+250 (track No. 1) and from km 31+150 to km 32+050 (track No. 2) together with techic infrastructure on the episode from km 29+093 to km 33+341 ".
The whole of the item Orders include the performance of the following elements:
1) project documentation, including:
a) development of an executive project (SRK industry),
b) developing as -built documentation, including geodetic as -built documentation,
2) works in the areas described in OPZ and PFU:
a) surface and upper,
b) robots drainage and hydrotechnical,
