1. The subject of the contract is the design, reconstruction, start and transfer toexploitation of automatic line lock devices together with works accompanying at existing traffic posts and railway crossings in places and number indicated by the Ordering Party in Annex 2 to SWZ Functional and utility program (PFU).
2. Detailed description, scope, method andThe conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract and the requirements of the Ordering Party regarding its performance are included in Annex 4 to SWZ, the planned provisions of the contract together with attachments.
3. The main subject of the contract in this procedure is construction work within the meaning of Art. 7 points 21 of the ActPZP.
