Description:
1. The subject of the contract is: - Development of documentation for works related to the change in land development, including the implementation of the playground, the green area with plantings and exaggerations, assembly of small architecture equipment (i.e. benches, garbage bins, rockers and linarium - Buterfly), purchase from Delivery and installation of a bicycle corner as well as fertilization from the road on plots with registration number 11/7; 11/9; 11/16; 11/25; 11/26; 11/27; 11/28; 11/30; 11/36, precinct 36, sheet 33- Obtaining all necessary arrangements, permits, administrative decisions required by law necessary for the implementation of the task, if the manner and scope of the designed works requires this,- performing author's supervision on the implementation of works,- performing works related to the change in land development, performance of a playground, green area with plantings and exaggeration, assembly of small architecture equipment (i.e. benches, garbage bins, rockers and linarium - Buterfly), purchase with delivery and assembly of a bicycle corner, as well as fertilization from Drogiszczekołowe information in the scope of description of the subject of the contract is included in the designed provisions Contracts, constituting Annex 9 to the specification of the terms of the contract. Functional and utility program is attached as Annex 10 to SWZ2.
