The subject of the contract is the design and construction of the construction of a railway siding and works accompanying and related industries, including: track, construction and construction, telecommunications, road, sanitary, electricity, demolition, engineering, geological and geotechnical facilities. In particular, the works covered by the order include the structure and expansion of the system track, cleaning pavement along with its dehydration, construction of electrical connections and reconstruction of collisions, obtaining the necessary implementation consents and obtaining admission to the operation of the built siding.
Detailed scope of the subject of the contract and the material scope of works The contractor was provided for performing as part of the obligations of the Contractor in PFU, constituting Annex 1 to SWZ.
The order will be carried out in the "Design and Build" formula based on "Contract conditions for devices and construction with design for electrical and mechanical devices and for engineering and construction works designed by the Contractor.
