Description:
The subject of the contract is: designing and performing two photovoltaic micro -installations with an electrical power not exceeding 50 kW each, together with external energy storage, in Put Zbąszynek. The terms of the contract were determined by the specifications of the terms of the contract (hereinafter SWZ) Izałączczaczkiamy in the "Annex" tab. The contractor joining the procedure is obliged to bring a bid bond in the amount of PLN 8,000.00 within the time limit indicated in Chapter 13 SWZ (in words: eight thousand zlotys 00/100). The examiner may take part in the optional local vision -Tordly to the provisions of Wrzędza 2 para. 5 SWZ. The removal ceased to be secured by a proper execution of the procedure, in the amount of 5 % of the total price of the boron specified in the offer.
