- The subject of the order is: Design of a hall for group 800 and carrying out an examination of the EMU building at the Rolling Stock Holding Point in Zbąszynek, ul. Kolejowa 8. The description of the subject of the order is specified in the documents: request for quotation along with other appendices, which have been attached in the "ATTACHMENTS" tab. The Ordering Party reserves the right to pay within 30 days of the comprehensive performance of the service. Completion date: 8 months from the moment of signing the Agreement II. Terms of order fulfillment: In accordance with published annexesIII. Course of the procedure: The Ordering Party informs that the procedure is conducted in two stages: a) I stage - submission of offers that will take part in stage II, b) II stage - electronic bidding - the bidding will start automatically after the end of the first stage and will last 15 minutes and overtime - sub-stage of the second stage, the conditions of which are described in detail in the procedure setting on the Shopping Platform. Each overtime lasts 3 minutes - it is triggered if in the last 3 minutes of the procedure another offer (increment) submitted correctly. Contractors accepted by the Ordering Party who do not submit their Offers correctly at the stage of submitting offers (stage I) will be automatically excluded from further stages of the procedure. The Ordering Party grants approval for execution of the Order by placing information on the Selection of the Most Advantageous Offer on the Purchasing Platform.
