Design, performing author's supervision and construction of multi -family residential buildings withServices, in prefabricated technology, together with land development, technical infrastructure and accompanying works: at ul. Młynarska 20 (Part I) and at ul. Pabianicka 5 (part II) in Łodź
(numbering in accordance with SWZ)
4.1 The subject of the contract is:
a) Development of project documentation(in the scope of the technical and executive design), based on the documentation being the basis for the obtained building permit and:
b) construction at ul. Młynarska 20 (Part I) 5-storey multi-family residential building with service premises on the ground floor, maneuvering square andparking spaces together with the accompanying technical infrastructure;
c) Construction at ul. Pabianicka 5 (part II) 6-storey multi-family residential building with services on the ground floor, an underground garage with construction devices and construction of a fragment of road 14 KDD together with the accompanyingtechnical infrastructure:
• sanitary external installations,
• external installations of rainwater sewage system,
• external electrical installations,
• heat installations and heat node,
• road infrastructure,
