Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of diesel oil (ON) for the ordering party vehicles in an amount of up to 367,540 liters.at ul. Lipowa 19 in Oborniki.
The subject of the contract must meet the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of June 26, 2024 on the quality requirements for liquid fuels (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320).

Delivery of diesel
1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and supply of diesel oil (ON) for the ordering vehicles in an amount of up to 367.540 liters.
2. The contract will be carried out by successive delivery in the amount of: 2000-5,000 liters ordered by wayElectronic by the Ordering Party.
3. The Delivery is the headquarters of the Ordering Party at ul. Lipowa 19 in Oborniki.
4. The order of the contract must meet the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 26 June 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (i.e. Journal of Lawsfrom 2024 item 1320).supplies
