Description:
1. The main subject of the contract are successive deliveries along with the transport of diesel oil, in an estimated amount of 2,500,000 l, intended for supplying combustion diesel engines specified in CPV code - 09134100 - 8;
2. The fuel offered by the Contractor who is the subject of the contract mustmeet the quality requirements according to the Polish PN-EN 590 standard for diesel and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015 on the quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680, as amended), with the offered oil must be compatible on the day of the expirysubmitting offers, with currently applicable regulations in this respect;
3. An additional requirement of the Ordering Party is that the Contractor is prepared in winter for the supply of diesel with improved low -temperature properties;
4. The offered diesel must come from the currentproduction, be microbiologically pure and resistant to possible biological contamination, throughout the distribution chain and in the fuel installation of buses.
5. Extras refusing to increase the quality of diesel added to the offered and supplied diesel oil must be compatiblewith engine lubrication oils.
6. The Employer informs that the collection of samples and their storage will be consistent with the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of September 1, 2009 on how to take liquid fuel samples and liquid biofuels (Journal of Laws 2014.1035).
